We process candidate data to assess Ausbildung readiness, operate the application workflow, respond to inquiries, maintain security, prevent spam, improve the platform, and prepare appropriate communication with candidates or partners.

By submitting forms, candidates consent to AusbildungHub processing the provided information for review and follow-up. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting support@ausbildunghub.com, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs.

We keep application, eligibility, consent, referral, and activity records only as long as needed for candidate support, platform security, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and operational audit purposes.

Sensitive documents such as CVs, certificates, and passport files should only be provided through approved secure channels when requested by AusbildungHub. Secure upload and retention rules will be communicated before document collection.

AusbildungHub does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers, technical operators, or vetted partners when necessary for the requested service and only under appropriate confidentiality and security expectations.

No online platform can guarantee absolute security, but AusbildungHub uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including restricted backend access, role-based admin access, HTTPS, consent logging, and environment-based secret management.
